The registration of a domain names is subject to additional terms and conditions. These vary based on the domain extension (gTLD or ccTLD) of the domain. We have provided details and relevant links in the sections below.
All other domain extensions
We work hard to ensure that all communication to our normal support channels are answered promptly and can resolve any issue that is presented. However should you feel that your issue has not been dealt with to you satisfaction and you wish to make a formal complaint, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All complaints will be acknowledged within three working days and a full response will be provided in no more than ten working days.
For complaints relating to .uk domains - if you are unsatisfied with the resolution please escalate it to Nominet.
If you discover anything that you feel consitutes abuse (eg spam or inappropriate content) which has come from or is being hosted by our systems please email email@example.com immediately. We will always investigate promptly and reply in line with our normal support processes.
